Mrs. Banach began as the proud Highland principal in 2021 and was recognized as the Wallingford Public Schools Administrator of the Year in her first year at Highland. A social worker by training, Mrs. Banach spent nine years in Wallingford Public Schools before moving into administration. She focuses her work on academic achievement for all students, social emotional development of young learners, and fostering positive culture and climate at Highland. Mrs. Banach resides in Woodbridge with her husband and son, an elementary aged student himself. She looks forward to welcoming your family into the Highland family and has no doubt you will love it!
